We have bought fridge, TV , washing machine. One plus seller Mr. Sagar Kotame really help us allot. salesperson was very helpful and guided us well while purchasing a mobile, TV, and fridge. He explained all the options clearly and made the process smooth. Really appreciate his support!

Worst Experience at Croma near inox signal Nashik I visited the Croma Nashik store on 4th January 2025 at around 4:00 PM to purchase a geyser and a mixer grinder. I selected both products and then proceeded with the finance process, which itself took almost 1.5 hours. Later, I informed the staff that my delivery address needed to be changed, as we are currently not staying at the earlier address. The staff completely denied the request, wasted more of my time, and said it was not possible—despite already charging extra for delivery. Then they suggested that I pay additional porter charges and they would arrange delivery, which again made no sense. Overall, I spent nearly 3 hours in this so-called branded store with no proper solution. Finally, the billing staff told us there was no way out, so I asked for a refund and cancelled my finance, which again took additional time. I was accompanied by my 10-month-old baby, who kept crying throughout this entire ordeal. There was no coordination, no respect for the customer, and extremely poor service. They charge extra money but deliver pathetic service. This is the worst experience I have ever had with any brand. I will never recommend Croma Nashik to anyone. This is not about money—it is about the huge amount of time wasted in such an unprofessional place. They clearly do not value customers’ time. Very bad experience at Croma Nashik.

We bought our washing machine from Croma. They gave us assurance of quick and hassle free installation. Been calling the installation service for 2 days straight everyday they say tomorrow. I regret buying from Croma.

I recently purchased a TV from your showroom, and my experience has been very disappointing. At the time of purchase, I was promised same-day delivery, but after completing the payment, things completely changed. When I followed up with Mr. Hashim Shaikh, he informed me that the item was out of stock. I accepted this and was assured that I would receive it the next morning. Unfortunately, the delivery never happened. When I called again, I was told it would be delivered before 4 PM. Even after waiting until 5 PM, there was no update, and later I was informed that Mr. Hashim was unable to reach the delivery person. This repeated delay and lack of proper communication caused unnecessary frustration and clearly showed that customer value drops once the purchase is completed. On top of this, during my visit, I also saw two sales executives arguing over who would handle the demonstration, which left a very unprofessional impression. Honestly, I regret not going to another retailer where I could have received my product on time and with better service. I hope my feedback is taken seriously and that improvements are made in delivery commitments, customer handling, and overall professionalism.

It showed up on Friday – a whole day wasted. - *Installation/Demo:* They promised a technician within 48 hours. It’s now been 72 hours and we’ve heard nothing. No call, no email, no update from the salesperson, the store, or any technician. - *Customer Support:* We’ve been chasing them, but there’s been zero response. The after‑sales service is absolutely pathetic. Croma sold us a product with big promises, then disappeared the moment the sale was done. For anyone in Nashik, think twice before buying from Croma – you’ll end up feeling ignored and frustrated. I’ll never shop here again.
