Khalsa AC Care

I had a great experience with Sushil Singh from Khalsa AC Care Services. He is very professional, knowledgeable, and punctual. The entire team is hardworking, well-coordinated, and completed the work efficiently. They explained everything clearly and ensured the AC was working perfectly before leaving. Mr. Asif from Khalsa AC care vashi sector 3, Fooling the customer for more money by extending the pipe connection when it is not necessary. You can see the images how he installed and connected pipes. It looks so bad. I even complain to arcee from where I purchased and Hitachi head office. It seems all of them are connected and trying to convince me only. Guys please try to avoid such service provider who under the name of service charging extra and fooling people.

Extremely horrible experience. My Hitachi AC that I bought from Croma Belapur has stopped working just within a year and Khalsa AC Care people are extremely irresponsible. Last year their guy who came for installing the AC, stood on my dining chair even when I had given him the ladder. My dining chair broke from the middle and I had to replace it that costed me 6000/-. And now, they have been unable to fix my AC for which is dead since past 15 days and still one part is not replaced. Every visit they diagnose that one part is missing, raise the request and then the part reaches after 4 days. And then their guy comes and says one more part is not working. This has been going on since 29th January 2024 and now on 12th March I am writing this review out of extreme frustration. They yet have to replace one PCB which was supposed to be received from Bhiwandi and still not received even after 2 days of raising request. I have raised complaints, both with Hitachi and Croma Belapur but they too are too lax in their handling of complaint. My advice to all is, Think 1000 times when buying any AC in Navi Mumbai and make sure that this is not your authorised service centre. Because if they are, you are doomed.

We had purchased whirpool ac and we were told that for installation it will charge not more than 3500rs. However, this Khalsa ac care was assigned as our service centre by whirlpool and it was such a horrible experience. 1st Mr. Kailash said no they will come after 5pm as they all have roza fasting and also not on sundays we had to take a leave and sit at home then their rude staff arrived and asked for extra pipe, extra wire everything extra and they asked us to pay 6500rs which we later negotiated but not too much. When asked to clean the mess they created they just said we dont do that and left abruptly whereas we also got another ac at another house and the installation ppl of voltas were so professional they didn't charge much and they cleaned all the mess. Very bad service given by khalsa ac care.

Fraud Ac service centre They want to charge you more by extending pipes which is not required at all. Not sure why reputed brands like hitachi have assigned them as an authorised service centre
