This has to be one of the worst service experiences I’ve ever had. Samsung assigned this centre for AC uninstallation and reinstallation. The technician did a shoddy work of gas leak repair and reinstallation without checking everything properly because after installation, the AC worked for just a few days before completely stopping with continued gas leaks due to valves which were not checked. When we tried contacting the same technician, he conveniently stopped taking calls. So we called the number printed on the bill, and the response from them was outrageous. The person who answered was shockingly rude and arrogant. When we mentioned that we had been following up for days, he flat-out denied ever getting our calls and kept on self-praising himself that he is always prompt in responses and blah blah. When we sent screenshots as proof, he finally said, “Your issue will be resolved tomorrow.” The next day, I made one polite follow-up call just to ask what time the engineer would visit so we could plan our day. His reaction was unbelievable- he started shouting at me, saying, “I already told you once, don’t keep calling again and again!” (when I had literally called just once). When I told him there was no need to raise his voice, he snapped back, saying, “The engineer has other work, he will come when he comes. And when I told him I need an estimate of time atleast to plan out my day and I'm asking it politely, he just cut the call. The tone and aggression were completely uncalled for. What was even more disgusting was how his tone suddenly softened when my husband spoke to him. Clearly, this man has a serious problem with talking respectfully to women and thinks he can use aggression as a tactic while speaking to women customers to intimidate them. This centre is a disgrace to Samsung’s service standards- unprofessional, dishonest, and shockingly sexist. They take extra money and do a bad job that requires multiple revisits, refuse to take responsibility when things go wrong, and behave as if they are doing customers a favour by simply answering the phone. Samsung should immediately delist this centre before more customers are cheated or insulted like this. PS: The issue was resolved two weeks later, only when the issue was further escalated with Samsung

Executive taking calls are talking rudely when asked any queries.. They are telling high amount for the service and then doing refund knowing the actual bill is different.. Very disappointed with the service..

All the staff and senior management are irresponsible and they make false commitment. Im waiting for my service parts from last 25 days but still they don't reply if you take followup they will block you or ignore ur calls and messages.
