I am highly disappointed with the recent service experience for the full deep cleaning of our chimney and gas stove. We had booked a package that clearly includes two complete services within the year. However, the technician who visited our home only cleaned the outer surface of the chimney and refused to open and clean the inner parts, which is the main purpose of a deep cleaning. When we asked if he had forgotten to bring the required equipment, he said no. We even provided all necessary items to assist him, but he still refused to complete the job. After speaking to his senior/co-worker (who had previously done the job properly), instead of resolving the issue, the technician simply left the house saying, “aap kara lo dusre kisi aur se jisne pehle kiya hai.” This behavior is extremely unprofessional and unacceptable. I never expected such poor service standards from Faber India. It is truly disappointing to see the company’s name being spoiled due to careless and irresponsible service partners.

Dear Faber Chimney Service Team, I'm writing to express disappointment with the service visit today. After multiple follow-ups, your technician, Mr. Zaheed arrived 1. Used my plastic mug without permission. 2. Added chemicals without my consent. 3. Didn't ask me to remove kitchen items. 4. Used my kitchen sink for cleaning purposes. 5. Prioritized his safety over mine. When I raised concerns, he became upset and left without completing the job. I hope you take necessary actions to improve service quality and customer safety.

True to the name of the service centre, the service was 'Prompt' and 'Perfect'. Hats off to Mr. Binu Alias who did everything to get the replacement part from the manufacturer and getting fitted on my product and to work like a newly bought stuff.

Had issues with my Philips trimmer (10 days warranty left). They took in the trimmer and replaced it with an upgraded new trimmer within a week! Had a great experience, as they provide prompt services as indicated by the name of their business!

We had got our mixer grinder repaired today (2 cuplar replace, 2 lids, base of a jar replaced). The person the counter was very helpful..and addressed all our concerns with a smile. The prices were also reasonable.. Very help with the experience.. keep the great work and high spirits up..
