Hi was looking for some spare parts for my old Machine (2008 model) kept in khopoli as the rat spoiled the complete wiring including internal parts. Most of the parts were not available in many shops. I searched in multiple places and finally got Riddhi siddhi shop’s number online which is located in Ulwe. Spoke to the owner Prakash bhai who is very polite and explained in detail about all questions i had. Since i didnt had time to pickup i arranged for Porter service and Prakash bhai assured me if case of any issues he is there to support and even return parts incase its not compatible. All this interaction multiple times made me feel very comfortable and assuring and i reached out to him for any part requirement to him in the future as well. Definitely recommend.
