Even they not tried to contact customer they simply updated the status on Amazon like below .Morning 10:41 AM shown status as out for delivery and they updated night 9 PM like below status. My phone is reachable and i am at delivery address. "'Carrier unable to contact recipient to arrange delivery. Please contact the carrier for next steps."
