Highly Disappointed – Avoid This Company I recently purchased a second-hand AC from this company for ₹20,000, and they promised a 1-year warranty. However, just within 4 days of installation, the AC stopped working completely. What’s even more frustrating is the unprofessional installation — they sent what looked like untrained school students (possibly 12th graders) who had no idea how to properly install or handle an AC unit. Wires were hanging, fittings were loose, and no proper checks were done. I contacted them immediately, but the support has been slow and unresponsive. Don't waste your money here. Their claims about warranty and service are unreliable. Look for more professional and reputable service providers who take responsibility for the products they sell and install.
