This is the so called LG service centre as LG doesn't have any service centre on its own in Nellore. Whenever you raise a complaint on their website, they immediately assign it to this shady service centre, simply looting you and without adhering to their guaranteed timeline for resolution. The manager himself doesn't take any responsibility. Better not buy any LG air conditioners or any other LG device that undergoes frequent breakdowns

Very Irresponsible And Poor Service quality, I've given the lg monitor for repair, the guy named Gouse , who took nearly 4 weeks old time and still not responding properly, and compelling the customer to bring the product to his service point, utterly disappointed with lg customer service and Behaviour of gouse.

Worst experience poor service delaying don't trust this service centre please never visit this service centre

It's scam, literally waste of time, these ppl won't respond unless you raise a complaint, they lie like anything. If you opt this service then you can forget your machine and will get delivered after more than 3 months. I advise to avoid LG because of these type of worst service
