AC QUICK SERVICE

This is a fake third party voltas service centre. They provide no support after any type of service. I got my ac repaired from them and they give me bill with 3 months guarantee period. But I faced problem before 2 months of serviced and gas filling. They stop answering my calls and replying to my texts. I feel like they're totally scammers. Who provide fake service and support. Don't trust them if you are in need. They take your money and don't provide any help.

I reached out to them to service my air conditioner recently. They successfully repaired the AC, accepted the payment, and assured me of a 30-day warranty. Although the AC worked fine that day, it malfunctioned the very next day. Now, when I try to contact them for a solution, they either don't answer my calls or claim to be busy and promise to call back later. They seem reluctant to address the problem or provide a refund. I'm in a difficult situation. This experience should serve as a cautionary tale against opting for this service. And if you do choose them, consider withholding full payment until the warranty period expires.

We started facing problems of water leakage with our AC right after they serviced it. We had to follow up incessantly for days before their technician visited again and after he fixed up the issue the AC worked for 2-3 hours post which it stopped working altogether with zero cooling. Then we scheduled a visit with the authorised dealer who then informed that the technician left the wiring loose which led to shorting and even the gas was less. These were the things the technician should have attended to and fixed in the first visit (service visit) itself. They caused a perfectly good AC to malfunction.

We hade gas leakage in window 1.5 ton AC. They repaired it with warranty of 1 month but AC stopped cooling next day. After that they are not responding to our calls and messages. They charged us 3000rs for minimal gas leakage. Worst service. This is not a fake message I can show you the payment from paytm. You are fraud

He took 8500 rs for repairing & filling gas but AC CONDITION are STILL SAME ...I am facing issue continuesly..no call picked by ower am not getting any solution.. pathetic service..I want by refund service to apse hi krwai h aap to jawab nhi dete msg ka mujhe refund chaiye apka office khn h ye batao ap
