LG Service Center Patna

Warning: This is a fake LG service center! We called them for refrigerator repair, and they charged us ₹5000, claiming to be authorized by LG. Within a single day of their so-called “repair,” the refrigerator stopped working again. Now, they have completely stopped answering our calls and messages. They pretend to be an official LG service provider but are actually scammers taking advantage of customers. Please don’t trust them or make any online/UPI payments without verifying their credentials directly with LG. This kind of fraud not only causes financial loss but also damages trust in genuine service providers. I hope LG or the concerned authorities take strict action against such fake centers.

Worst. I suspect it to be an authorised LG service centre. They don't give any complain number. They do not share there service centre details. They don't give any receipt. Booked service 2 days ago, one technician came removed mother board of my washing machine, saying it's faulty. Assured of getting work done next day. Since then no response despite me calling d above number at least 20 times.

They have the worst service in Patna,this ppl are really unprofessional ,they are just spoiling the brand name of lg ,first of all no customer centric approach ,very rude and third class behaviour,even a grade 5 ,student speaks better than them ,kisi ko bhi call lene ke liye baitha dete hai ,I registered a service request 5 days ago ,no response so far ,all we got in return is arrogant and rude behaviour from call centre agents (especially from a girl who told that her name 'Hayat').

One of the worst service centre in patna. They don't even talk to customer properly. I called and asked the execution name and that executive denied and disconnected the call. Such a rude behaviour. I have given my AC for repair 5 days back and they promised to give within 2 days now they are denying saying If you want then you can take up from service centre. Such a rude and worst experience with LG. I will never preferred or refer anyone for LG. This is my last product with LG.
