Pathetic service, they have broken the wires while uninstallation and damaged my wall while installing the AC. The technician was trying to charge me for the Servicing of the AC which he did not do and he acted like he was inserting gas in the AC and charged me for the gas without telling me how much gas he inserted and what is the cost.

Let Me give you honest review !!! I will not recommend this Service center. I faced lot of issues after re-installation of my bedroom AC from one wall to another wall. For AC installation they charged me 5500/-.After my AC installation AC started leaking with outlet water inside my bedroom within 1 month itself. We called owner and he arranged same Technicians who did the installation initially , they advised us that there is a need of changing some internal pipes for which they charged me 500 Rs extra for the pipe material used , later on I found from the market that the same pipe is not even costing 250/- Rs. Even after changing the pipe issue reoccurred after few days. When I again called owner 3rd time for the same issue they he told me to get AC servicing performed for which they will charge 800 Rs. For same issue they are trying different solutions different times and Below are some points that I would like to highlight about this Girme Brothers service center. 1.It seems that they don't have genuine skilled Technicians to do the tasks properly and they are not confidant enough to identify root cause of the issue. 2.Now in middle of summer season we are still struggling with AC issues. Ideally they should provide some warranty support for some period after installation but they don't have as such policy. 3.Each time we call them for any issue post installation they charge us service charge , visiting charge or any material charge. If they have skilled Technicians they would have done their job perfectly without putting customers into such struggle post AC installation. From my side there is big NO for this service Centre.

Sir Girme is having deep knowledge & experience in this relevant field. He have best and cheap solutions towards problem instead of scraping things. Very nice approach towards customer satisfaction. Professional and time punctual service provider. Suggest to keep this track record in future also. Thank you.
