Pathetic service from Kanchan Service Center. My TV suddenly stopped working, so I contacted Kanchan Service. Their technician checked the TV and clearly said the backlight was not working. At that time, the TV panel was absolutely fine. After two days, they called and told me that the panel is broken, which was not broken when the TV was given to them. They damaged/broke my 50-inch TV panel while it was in their custody. Very unprofessional and careless handling of customers’ TVs. Do not trust this Kanchan Service based only on positive reviews. My experience was completely opposite.

Kanchan services screwed my 50” TV, damaged the whole display & denied to repair after a week. Pathetic people with unskilled technicians. Fake videos on their website of claiming any TV repair within 2 hours. Abhijit - manager, Bitkar- owner including their staff- Rohini, all are fraud people. They will make you sell your TV to them showing lot of issues.
