LG Customer Service Centre

Starting with a bitter note. People who want service always check the reviews. I recently had some problem with my LG Microwave, start button was not operating. I checked on google showing main service centre near Ambedkar statue Pimpri. Called up on number on the picture below, was told that the shop has been shifted. He said I'll send someone to check and the visit charge will be 350 rs. I agreed and after some time 2 boys came, and without checking anything they said the pcb has to be changed cost 6000/ and if we repair it will cost 2800 + the visit charges. I said just check first it looked like he know nothing, asked him from where he came, he said baner service centre. He opened the panel and said it has to be taken to the service centre. I told him to fit it again and I will get it done myself. He could not fit it again, luckily I was watching every step of his so he fitted it again. Studied myself and opened the panel, got 2 new buttons for 20 rs and replaced it myself. It took me 1 hr to get the buttons and get it soldered. Fitted everything and started the oven. When people check the reviews it sometimes shows 5 star rating, that means it's fake. Total cost rs 20 + my time 1 hr. And these people are looting the customers. Please. Everyone wake up.
