Samsung Authorized Service Centre

Visiting charges 413, nothing was done or properly diagnosed the issue.. So my rs413 was robbed from me.. Why this much charges for only come and chk? Thy recommend to visit their shop, and cotation is for 2k+ where in my sound system cost is 7k and within 3 years it got failed.. wherein local made run for 7 to 8 years..finally I fix the issue from local technitian for only 400 hundreds. Total I spent 8000 I. Which 413 I freely given to Panasonic.. If Panasonic can't deliver quality products, how can the servicing charges so high..on top thy are only doing service for faild product..

This is the authorized service centre for Panasonic for home appliances ,TV, AC,etc, in Mukundnagar, Pune . I have ordered the turntable for my Microwave which is made in Japan. They have arranged the part from their Gurgaon store. The centre is located on the main road and is packed with customers items that have come for repairs or service. So they must good. More update after ten days.

Poor service by the first electrician, after repeated and frustrated calls , they sent a senior electrician which told me the previous guy made a blunder and left us with serious safety issue in the microwave which could jave resulted in a huge explosion.

No any one come in my home very very bad service experience....
