I had a terrible experience with the AC repair service. The technician seemed completely disinterested in providing quality service and was solely interested in making a quick buck. Not only did he fail to investigate the source of the leak in my AC system, but he also went ahead and filled the gas, charging me a 2500 for the service. To make matters worse, the gas leaked again within a matter of days. Despite my repeated attempts to contact the technician, he did not pick up my calls for several days, leaving me without any cooling during the scorching heat. When he finally did show up, he had the audacity to suggest that a nitrogen test costing an additional 1500 was needed to find the leak. It was clear to me that he was only interested in making more money and had no intention of providing me with a satisfactory repair service. After suggesting the nitrogen test, he informed me that the nitrogen gas is out of stock and it would take some time for him to come back and complete the test. However, he never bothered to inform me of a date or time when he would return. Despite my repeated attempts to contact him, he continued to ignore my calls, leaving me in the dark about the status of my AC repair. In frustration, I decided to get a second opinion from another technician, who was able to detect the leak without needing nitrogen or charging me extra money. For me, AC repair from Sai Refrigeration was a complete waste of time and money.

Extremely pathetic, when we called then without seeing much we were told no gas, then he filled gas for 2500, after that in 2days again gas leaked, he did not fix anything though i paid 2500, neither picking up my call. My 2500 are wasted, do not waste money by calling them
