Extremely bad experience with S K Service and Cooling Zone. I contacted them last week for cooler repair. The person assured me that a technician would visit soon, but even after multiple follow-ups and sharing my complete address and room details, no one showed up. Every time I called, he kept saying “someone will reach out shortly,” but it's been over a week now. Today, he casually said it’s not possible, with no apology or explanation. This kind of unprofessional behavior and lack of basic customer service is highly disappointing. I strongly do not recommend this service to anyone expecting even a minimum level of decency or professionalism.

Afridi - Untrustworthy. If you want to contact for complaints, after completion of installation work, he is unavailable. Don’t even pick the phone. Later if you check market rate, you may find out that he burned your pocket too. Be careful.

Mr. Subhash' service is absolutely good. He handled it very patiently. Having good knowled abt the repairing. In future i will look forward for the same person if problem arises.

Motor of the cooler was not working, subhash came and checked the cooler. He didn't take advance and only took the final amount after completion of work. Cooler is working fine now.
