IFB Service Centre

Worst experience ever! This service center is not authorised and completely unprofessional. The technician never answers calls or messages, and even after contacting the official company, they confirmed this technician doesn’t belong to them. Totally fake and irresponsible service — avoid this place at all costs!

Lady on call is very rude. They do not have manners to talk with customers. She directly cut the call before I ask anything to her.

I had a very disappointing experience with the IFB service center. I called them three times over three days, and each time, they assured me that an engineer would call back. However, no one ever responded. To make matters worse, they are now ignoring my calls completely. The staff is unprofessional, rude, and unhelpful. This level of service is extremely frustrating and unacceptable.

I had a very bad post repair experience with the service executive Sandeep Pal, after the service we found that inlet pipe was not properly positioned and it was leaking. Called his supervisor as well as IFB service executive to no avail…. Please be very conscious of the service executive because once you have paid him he will stop answering your calls.

We brought new washing machine and the installation guy Mr.Aman Mishra from IFB was very rude . He was not ready to explain he explained the panel in 2 minutes and was ready to leave he didn’t even show us the tank details. Horrendous and very rude behaviour guy.
