Worst experience with Universal Service Pune. This company is a complete scam. They show paid positive reviews online, but the actual service is completely different. I raised a complaint because my deep freezer was cooling but not forming ice properly. At least it was still working. Instead of sending a qualified technician, they sent a trainee. He opened the freezer, kept working on it for almost three hours, and then left without even informing me properly about what was done. The next day, when I tried calling them, nobody answered. Obviously, the payment was already done. After I posted a review, the owner finally called me. Instead of solving the issue, he tried to confuse me with technical terms, assuming I would not understand. Later he told me to keep materials inside the freezer and said only then it would accumulate ice. Trusting his advice, I stored daily materials and raw chicken worth around ₹5,000–₹6,000. Everything got spoiled because the freezer had stopped working completely. Even after that, they did not answer calls or respond to requests to visit again. This has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. They turned a working freezer into a completely dead one. It honestly feels like they damage additional parts just to increase the bill amount. They do not even deserve a zero rating. Please be careful and do not trust this company.

Diagnosed and Fixed my washing machine issue immediately in a day. Next after few months in Jan 2026, I called them for deep cleaning, the techiused blow torch flame 🔥 to open the bottom of the machine as it was jammed. They didn’t ask me about it. And after I heard the noise I asked them what about the damaged part, they will replace at cost not included in the service. Now the bottom is damaged. While booking the service, they told me they have experienced engineers and advanced equipments.

Very satisfied with their AC repair and service. They fixed all the gas leaks that my previous repair guy wasn’t even able to identify. Mr. Sagar is very polite and doesn’t try to swindle you for money. Their prices are reasonable whereas other repair people these days charge exponentially high rates especially when you are a new customer. He is also punctual, which is a rare quality to find these days. Will be reaching out to them for all my future AC service and repair needs.
