Got very prompt service for my split air conditioner. The service guy was very helpful in explaining the problem and diagnosed problem in 10 minutes. He also explained some basics about it.

At first I didn't believe that a service would have a 4.9 rating on google, but decided to call them anyways since my food was getting spoiled in summer with refrigerator not cooling at all. Within an hour, technician arrived at my place, checked the refrigerator thoroughly and told me that a replacement part needs to be procured. I thought that this might require me to have some to and fro, but the technician informed me that he will return with replacement part and won't take more than an hour. Indeed it didn't, refrigerator was functioning again without even waiting for a day.

This service is absolutely terrible. I've tried calling him 6 times and each time he promises to come but never shows up. It's just pathetic!
