Worst customer service it's been 2 days still no updates for installation. Uneducated and uncultured service engineer Manoj Kumar very rude, escalated to Samsung customer care too but no response from them either, just for peace of mind I'll return the television

The queue system though it is present is not at all followed by the Samsung staff so you never know when your turn will come. Otherwise there service is fine.
