I have been visiting MRF Tyres T&S – Viplav Tyres Raipur since 2020, and for almost 5 years I never had any complaints. However, my recent visit for wheel alignment and balancing on my Virtus GT was disappointing. The staff who handled my car seemed inexperienced — the wheel weights were placed incorrectly, and the work was done in a hurry since it was close to closing time. Even the wheel rotation wasn’t done properly. I revisited the next day, and while the owner was polite and helpful, the issue still didn’t get resolved even after being charged again. Eventually, I had to get it fixed elsewhere. This has been my only bad experience in 5 years, otherwise their service has always been good. If you visit, I would suggest requesting their most experienced staff and supervising the work for better results.

Nice ambiance...👍🏻 All the tyres are available, as many as MRF's, but the tyre I had selected was available in only one tyre.🏁 While I had it from Tyre but never mind...🙂 He told me that in the coming days that tyre will also come... But you can also try this model instead, so I tried another model of tyre and I have got both of them installed...♻️ The alignment and wheel balance in his vehicle is also done very well...👍🏻 I've got Full Satisfaction...😇 From there onwards is also a very good...😊 They also have good experience...🤟🏻 Overall Good Service...👌🏼

Disgusting behaviour and awful experience! absolutely one of the worst Tyre dealerships and after confronting them they denied accountability of any sort, neither money wise nor with their words!
