"I've never been more disappointed with a service. Volta’s customer service is non-existent—it's impossible to get a hold of anyone when you need help. I waited weeks for an installation that should have taken a couple of days, and when they finally showed up, the technicians were unprofessional and clearly didn’t know what they were doing. They left a mess behind and didn’t even bother to explain how the system works. To top it off, the system has been unreliable since day one. I’ve had multiple outages and issues with the app that still haven’t been resolved. Volta’s so-called 'support team' has been completely useless in getting things fixed. Honestly, I regret ever choosing Volta, and I would warn anyone thinking about their service to steer clear. Save your money and go with a company that actually cares about their customers." ---
