They asked me to pay 3500 for my refrigerator repair but I got it repaired by another technician for 2000 only. Overpricing by them. Plus above all this they are constantly calling up me for giving 300rs for technician visit who told me total of 3500 for refrigerator repair. They are giving overpriced rates as well as calling up constantly for technician visit fees. Very bad.

I contacted them for washing machine repair on 12th July 2025. They delivered within 2 days and I paid 7000 Rs. Unfortunately the machine never got better and despite month of follow-up no one came to look into this. Very poor and unprofessional service. So if anyone wishes to work with them be very careful what to pay, when to pay and make sure that your appliance is running OK for at least for next 24 to 48 hours before you pay. Not recommended!

It seems that all reviews are paid and fake bcz I just booked a service and the technician named PATHAN KHAN started abusing that why I booked 2 times? I said it has been done mistakenly but he started abusing and though I shared the recording his owner is also backing up by saying that competitors do so. Can't I abuse like him? I wish I could upload his abusive call recording here.

over pricing not up to date service. they demand high price . another technician done same work approx in half price. please take a estimate from another technician also .

We contacted this company to repair our washing machine, and they sent technicians three separate times. Unfortunately, the issue was never properly fixed — the machine continued to malfunction after every visit. Each time, we were assured it was resolved, but nothing actually changed. Finally, we had to call a different technician from another service, and they diagnosed and resolved the problem within an hour. Wasted time, effort, and money. Definitely expected better professionalism and technical knowledge. Would not recommend based on our experience.
