best-Laptop Repairing Centre - Surendra`s

DON'T TAKE YOUR MACBOOK HERE!! In fact don't take it to any repairing center in Ranchi. See this place might be good for othe laptops, but Surendra ji doesn't have any knowledge about macbook or Apple devices. It's not a bad thing to not know but it's extremely bad to cheat the customers. I gave him my macbook, initially he said 2-4 days. He didn't repair it in even 6 days. Forget about repairing, he couldn't even find the fault. He was just doing hit and trial and god knows what! He also replaced a few components on the board with non-apple components. I wouldn't mind tht if my laptop had worked. In total, he kept my laptop for 10 days! I finally took it back from him. Coz he kept delaying and lying. Don't fall for his "macbook me samay lagta h". Koi samay ni lagta if you know the stuff. Any mechanic who knows his stuff would at least find the fault within a day! That's 100% sure! This guy couldn't do it in 10 days also. Now I lost my time. Most probably the logic board of my macbook might even be in a worse situation because of so many trial and errors. Edit- Took my laptop to Delhi. Got it repaired within a day. Those who have the knowledge, won't spend days and months for the repair.

Quite satisfied with the service provided here. I had problem regarding my hinge in my ASUS vivobook 15 laptop. Talked to the owner on phone, asked the shop directions and he fixed my hinge in about 1 hour. I am satisfied with his service and behaviour. Must recommend others also if they have any problem regarding the laptop. The price was also budget friendly.

I have been going to Surendra ji since 2 + years now for my windows laptop, he repaired the broken hinges, installed ssd , booted it with windows os, replaced keyboard, A new battery and so on, basically he brought the laptop back from dead to living condition with very justified pricings and warranty as well. He is a very nice guy as well and will never simply loot you, I even gave my MACBOOK PRO touchbar model 2017, 13inch for battery replacement, It was also done under 6k , although the battery delivery took approx 2 weeks but and its working fine now and have warranty for couple of months as well. Overall, Very good service as usual and completely recommended.

I recently got my TUF gaming laptop's hinge and speaker repaired here. My laptop hinge feels like new now. Mr. Surendra is gem in the this field and very well mannered. Repairing service was very clean and accurate.
