I recently got my car serviced and I’m extremely satisfied with the experience. The staff was professional, polite, and very attentive. They clearly explained the service details and kept me updated throughout the process. The work was completed on time, and my car now runs smoother than ever. Special thanks to the service team for their dedication and attention to detail. The workshop was clean, well-organized, and customer-friendly. Overall, a great experience — I would highly recommend this service center to anyone looking for reliable and quality car maintenance.

This is by far the most pathetic service centre I have ever visited. The entire staff here is careless, rude, and completely unprofessional. They don’t even bother to respond to customers properly. No follow-up, no respect, and zero accountability. It feels like customers are called here only for harassment, not for service. You keep waiting for hours and still get no proper update or help. Such behaviour is absolutely unacceptable from an authorised Tata service centre. Tata Motors should immediately look into this centre, because their poor service is ruining Tata’s brand image and customer trust.

Never recommending this service centre to anyone. Yahan ka staff aise behave karta hai jaise poori duniya ka bhoj inke kandhon par ho. No greeting, no respect, no response — bas arrogance aur attitude. Customer ke questions ka koi answer nahi milta, aur agar kuch pooch lo to aise dekhte hain jaise galti kar di ho. Seriously, this place doesn’t feel like a Tata authorised service centre — it feels like a harassment zone for customers. Service time par nahi hoti, koi responsibility nahi leta, aur sab log bas time pass karte hain. Tata Motors please take strict action, because this centre is totally spoiling your brand image and customer trust.

I've recently done with 2nd service of my Safari. It took almost 8-9 hrs because I installed fog lamps. Cars were plenty still got mine on time. One thing I hated the most is time keeps going up every time I call if it's done or not. But however it's best in my area I know.

Best work at body shop of basudeb from Amit ji (Insurance claim section) Car was damaged and was in bad condition but Amit ji was very helpful and also updated me timely. Helped me also to get the servicing done after the bodyshop work ( Insurance claim) Rahul Kumar Singh from workshop (Servicing) is the best guy to deeply analyse and listens to every details before giving the estimation on servicing plus also updating timely to the customers.
