Mi Service Center, Lalpur, Ranchi, Jharkhand (Infotel)

Most worst service center ever that i visited in my life. I had only a small problem of receiver crackling sound and I visited this service center 4 time now and they say the same thing repeatedly for 3 visits and now they say that has this issue because of my display and they want 9300rs just to repair a small receiver crackling and first of all my phone is under warranty (maa kasam bhai kabhi mt jana iss service center sale bohot bakchodi krte hai fir kuch or dikkat bta ke paise nikalne khojenge tumse Mera normal thora sa display side ka thora paint nikla hua hai issi reason ke chalte bol rhe hai ki paise lagenge)

The staff’s behavior is not good at all; they behave very rudely. For a phone costing ₹8600, they are asking ₹4500 just for the screen. Even a nail-sized scratch on the body is not accepted for a warranty claim. Xiaomi’s service is very poor
