AC MAN - AC Sales & Service at Piplod

I had a pathetic experience with AC MAN because I had to pay 18,000 Rupees from my pocket due to inexperienced , rude, abusive technician from AC MAN. The Technician sent by AC MAN first told me that Capacitor is faulty, which I told him to replace. Then he told me compressor is faulty and demanded 6500 to replace the compressor. During this time when I refused to pay and disagreed with his assessment he deliberately did wrong wiring in the AC OUTDOOR UNIT due to which the entire wiring of my flat got burnt 🔥. Even smoke started to come out of the meter room. He took away the outdoor unit and the Technician was repeatedly telling me not to tell his boss in AC MAN that he is taking the outdoor unit with him. Somehow I got the custody of my outdoor unit after a lot of efforts and got it independently tested that revealed that the outdoor unit was absolutely fine, the Technician was fooling me and got very angry and started abusing me. The next two days were really traumatic for me because I had to spend the days without electricity as the entire wiring of the house was burnt beyond repair which was done deliberately by the AC MAN Technician. I got fresh electrical wiring for entire flat at my own expense, co-ordinated with GEB officials to change the meter and wiring from transformer pole to meter room, Total cost 18,000. Now I'm proceeding with a Police Complaint as this is a gross dereliction of duty. Never Never trust AC MAN. They simply don't have any control over their technicians and have zero subject matter expertise The response provided by AC MAN is full of lies and deception....there was never a quation difference of Rs 500, His Technician tried to Manipulate me and his office feigned ignorance... with this response I'm absolutely sure that this guy is a fraud... complete fraud
