LG Surat Service Center (LG Owned Center)

Pathetic service. I had purchased LG refrigerator 3 years ago. I have extended paid warranty also. There is some technical issue in fridge from company end which the company itself acknowledges...but the solution they are providing for it is that they cannot solve the issue and suggesting me to buy new refrigerator from them. And they will cut 65% depreciation of old fridge. Tell me one thing. Who in India buys fridge for less than 10 years. I bought higher capacity then needed for my family just for sake that i wont have to change fridge for atheist next 10 years. And yes thats the reputation I had in mind for LG. But what company now wants is me to reinvest 65% amount again to buy fridge again just after 3 years of usage and that too for a technical issue for which LG company is whole and sole responsible. And they are accepting this aswell that they cannot solve this water leakage issue. All their service center representative, custamore care representative, any other teams of their are not solving this problem and it's been months now. I really wish I had never bought fridge from LG. I am facing this water leakage from fridge each day and helpless to do any thing as company is soo rigid and soo big in their image that they have forgot to solve customer problems and respond to them quickly. Instead they are just saying one thing that its companies policy that they cannot do anything to help customer since it's irreparable issue. And they are soooooo harshly just giving one option that is pay more more moreeeee and get fridge replaced. Hats off to this policy and hats of to the management of LG that they don't care to talk to customer and resolve this issue even after complaining and talking to them soooo many times.

3rd class service provider. I have raised a complaint for the last 6 months. They were forwrd to reliable contractor. They check and take AC set in lab for 10 to 15 days.then, after re installed the same and refill the gas. But within a month again, gas leakage. Repeated problem I have faced from 6 months. LG is not a good service provider. When I talked to LG staff, he said me come at our office, if you have complaints, I also go to the LG office they asked me to go to the Reliable Service Center. Also, I again go to the Reliable Service Center at A 35 ABHISHEK SOC , NR LOVE AND CARE HOSPITAL , TADWADI , RANDER ROAD , SURAT. Means LG is not answered properly to the customer, and they are not able to resolve it.

LG product is not good we had purchase filter and har 15 din mai kharab ho jata hai I have reapeard 7 time and still it's not working and I have warrenty for 1 year and abhi 6 months se liya hai and they are not Even giving refund and also not exchanging filter and in warranty they are charge extra and from which shop I have buyed they told us ki ap company mai baat kro and they are not even respondsing

In Google many LG service centre but no any correct LG service centre only 1 Service centre in Rander road Surat But this one also not good response not given washing machine sper parts say go to service centre..... Why I pay service charges why I pay more extra pay why not give parts this is not good...... Very Bed service I'm not telling any other person LG IS NOT GOOD GIVE SERVICE ........ VERY VERY BED...........

Products are substandard and services pathetic. Best avoid
