Very bad experience . It was worst dealer for brand Mitsubishi electric. I hv purchase 3 Mitsubishi AC machines from Trt technology with 3 service free within a 1 year which was written on bill also. After 3 months calling so many time to Amar & his service centre, they denied to provide free Ac service which is written in their bill. Mr Amar replied u hv to call on Mitsubishi customer care for such services. I replied I will complaint to Mitsubishi for such reply not giving services as I hv purchased machines from TRT technology & then Amar replied I will not give u warranty also & u can do whatever u like.

(1) technician was not expert,he can not know that gas is sufficient or not,first day he told me that gas is not sufficient & need to carry out indoor part of AC at service center to find out linkage & charge will be remain 3500/-, I told him ok so he said me we come tomorrow & carry out it. Next day he told me AC is ok & cooling is well & gas is sufficient. Now I am not understanding my AC is ok or not (2)For service of second number of AC, i told him the swing Blade is not close properly, than he said me that it was since previous,ok I don't know it was from previous or not but need to proper it. Still now it is not proper although I had paid full charge (3) for third number of AC i told him for service than technical said me there is no need of service, I told him since 2-3year service is not performed than he told me yes we can do it but not according you but according me Totally they are not expert,, you have need expert team
