The AC Mechanic Mr. Saranjith is a very polite guy with very good Experience and understandingof new generation car airconditioners. He diagnosed the problem and fixed the issue in time. The service charge is reasonable, The firm is much recommended for discerning customers.

Had taken my Alto800 for an Air conditioning issue, and I must say the diagnosis of the complaint was Swift and prompt.. What disappointed me was the arrogant behavior towards customer and disrespectful attitude. I have been in the automobile field for over 8 years and I do understand how to satisfy a customer and retain them - this chap is like "ningalude nakkapiccha medikkan alla njan ivde kada ittirikane" when I had requested for a discount. He charges way more than Authorised service centres and for a radiator fan replacement he charged me Rs 1750 which is unexplainable. And after all his "expertise" attitude I took the car and noticed that the horn not working. He hasn't re connected the wires that were removed and somehow damaged my horn as well. I had to call a person from the nearby accessory shop to get it fixed.. overall huge loss of money, respect and time. There may be happy customers for him and I am sure this guy cannot sustain his business unless he changes his attitude and be more empathetic to customers.

My Celerio car had an AC leakage and visited this shop based on google recommendations. He done the repair very well. Regarding the charges I am not sure whether it was reasonable as I didn't enquire elsewhere. Good thing with him is that he made a followup checkup after 10 days and also after a month.

Great service and chettan was able to diagnose the issue and gave us detailed instructions on how to maintain car A/C in long run and one good thing which I saw in chetta was he was willing to hear our question and able to instruct on best course of action. Highly recommended for anyone looking to fix their AC
