I have known Mr. Surya, the AC technician, for more than 5 years. He is extremely knowledgeable and always attends service requests promptly. He not only fixes the issue but also gives helpful suggestions on how to maintain the AC and reduce dust buildup in the room. Whenever he visits, he ensures to check both the indoor and outdoor units thoroughly. He uses a pressure pump for cleaning and also checks the gas level. If required, he refills the gas and charges reasonably based on the required quantity. Jupiter Company also maintains good service quality. Even if any issue arises after servicing, they quickly recheck and resolve it. They also accept GPay, which is very convenient. Overall, I am a satisfied customer and highly recommend their service.

Recently booked service for my Bluestar AC at Jupiter Air System.Blue Star Technician Arun Pandiyan came for the service from Jupiter team and he did good job. He cleaned the AC nicely, checked the cooling properly, and explained everything in simple words. He was polite and friendly. I am happy with his work. Good service from Jupiter Air System.

The service itself was satisfactory; however, the attitude of the service personnel was highly unprofessional. During the service, money was stolen by the staff members. This is a serious breach of trust and completely unacceptable. I strongly caution anyone considering their service to be extremely careful and to closely monitor their money and valuables at all times, and to thoroughly check their belongings before allowing the personnel to leave the premises.

Myself DISHANT recently my conditioner suddenly stopped working , one of my friend recommended me jupiter air system for their service . So I called them and a guy named vigneshwaran responded and he did an absolutely fantastic service and he also responded quickly to the calls too which is good .
