They are authorised service centre for Bosch mixer grinder. After confirming that the chutney jar was available for that particular model, I visited the centre and the sales girl acts like searching and said SORRY NO STOCK SIR.... Disgusting...unprofessional work ... Bosch needs to change its authorised service centre....

Very arrogant speech by the sales person.. very poor service. Worst ever service ever experienced.. Has been facing issues with refrigerator for more than a month.. very reluctant answer from the service center, and disconnecting call while explaining issues.. If you are not interested in facing the issues from appliances u sell, why do you work in a service center.. just asked for a price for PCB, she said the staff is having lunch at 3. 30 pm , called again 2 hours later, and she's telling she had already left. What's the problem in being transparent about the prices of spares??. You are selling spares for money and charging for the service, not doing anything for free. Then why treating customers like this.. heavily disappointed with Godrej service here...

One of worst installation provider for Samsung in Trichy. Even after 5 days of AC purchase still no calls nothing from this provider on installation. When we called and asked for update they replied that if you want installation you have to call and request us then only we can provide the service. Never experienced this kind of third party service. These kind of people will spoil the reputation of SAMSUNG.

Very very worst service centre... Not even worth 1 star... Especially Sagaya Raj and Sathya Devi very worst... Simply waste service... Don't ever visit here again... You will get fed up with their response...
