WHIRLPOOL AUTHORISED SERVICE CENTRE - WASHING MACHINE SERVICE / REFRIGERATOR SERVICE / AIR CONDITIONER SERVICE IN TRICHY

Yesterday, I got a call from the Whirlpool service center saying that they will be providing the service for a washing machine that I purchased in Coimbatore. When i enquired about the cost, they said it was free. Then the guy I have highlighted in the photo came to my home for doing the service, he said his name is Venkatesh from Karumandapam, Trichy. He was extremely rude from the get go. I have my parents living with me who are senior citizens, and this guy was talking rude to them. First he suggested that the filter should be changed and it would cost INR 2000, I told him I don't need it and went upstairs. Then my dad called me down saying this guy is saying something else, my dad was visibly frustrated. When I went down again, this guy is telling me to purchase a liquid and a powder which would cost INR 650 each. I told him I don't need it and I requested him to stop trying to sell something and just clean the machine. After that, the guy refused to clean the machine and just screwed back the machine in a hurry and left my home. My dad went behind him to ask whether he checked the machine was working properly to which he rudely replied that he did not do any change so it should work as before. How can you guys hire someone this insensitive and rude in a service industry and how dare this guy does this inside my home. When you say free service, why does the service person not carry cleaning materials and we have to provide him with cloth and we have to buy liquid and powder, is this just a tactic from your side to upsell, if it is so, it is just outright pathetic. Editing the review to add this as well - I just noticed that the water is leaking from the washing machine. This problem has started after the service member disassembled and assembled the machine. This is frustrating given that I did not ask for the service in the first place, it was offered.

Today they came for service for our washing machine they told washing tub is so dirty and they need to clean it using cleaning powder in Flipkart the price of the is just 177 Rs but they charged 650 for single box and used 6 box because your a authorised dealer we are calling you why are you cheating us they almost cheated me 2800 rs

Service was good but service charges are too high. They are very fast and immediately solved the issue. I wanted only the product not service, but they forced me for service. Product cost 550 and service cost was 400. After I asked for some reduction they reduced the bill amount 200 less.
