I have been a loyal customer with Digital Udaipur, yesterday i bought the Haier AC and paid the amount upfront where Digital Udaipur mentioned that delivery will be free, the similar AC was bought by my last year and there was no installation charges neither did it communicate with me during my purchase. Today when installation is done the guy was asking me for 2000 rupees which is extra and when I talked to Digital Udaipur they though did not mention it to me now saying that It is how it is and i ended up paying 2k extra with no support from Digital Udaipur. Very bad experience and not happy. They have lost a decade old customer now.
