Not that prompt as you expect from a brand like Panasonic. Had given my LED TV for repair, and was kept for 3 days but there was no calls from them, only I had followed up but it wasn't repaired and I had to take back the TV. Services needs to be improved as it's not a local vendor, it's having a brand name of Panasonic.
