Gautam ji has always been exceptional in terms of service hospitality and product quality. We have been using AC since 2010 which was bought from RG'c AC. Bought multiple AC's but never found problem with product quality.

Bad experience. AC remote was not working. They told new one will be charged 800-1000. You can get it repaired. Repairing costed me around 500 Rs. I went to take the repaired remote and luckily it did not work on the day I went to collect it. Then I went to mangal bazar and got it repaired with only 120 Rs. It’s not like something major was already repaired or anything. The repair cost was conveyed 100-150 before the repair it self. Also confirmed the new remote cost at the other shop it was only 330 Rs.
