Poor aftersale service. Doesn't care about customers much. No person takes responsibility of after service of the product. I have bought Hitachi splic 1.5 ton Air Conditioner. I have noted a free service to the Krupali Gandhi At mayur appliances kothi branch on 23/04/23. till now it's been more than 7 days service has not been done as because it's free service. What a shame. They even don't care for customer support.
