Reliance resQ Service Center - AIMS

My Asus charger was not working properly. They replaced it for free in three days as it was under warranty. Good service.

Pls don’t buy thier services from last 9 days my water filter is under thier service n they r not sending their technician firstly they say that they have no parts afterwards their technician do not come Very hopless service I think reliance should stop this business Its un believable bad service fm such a big group RELIANCE

Please don't pay a single rupee to resq they just want reason to not repair your phone the take 10-14 days then they will answer you your phone or your product will not repair because of our fault. They sell insurance but they don't want to solve our problems. Disgusting things I will never brought anything from reliance from now you made my experience very bad. It was my first phone and you ruin my entire excitement for my phone I'm hear without my phone from last 11 days and they take 11 days to tell me that the phone will return you with that broken condition. I made mistake by trust on resQ. I want to give you 0 stars but there is no option for 0.

Worst experience i ever had with a company with such a big name, i was calling them everyday for a technician’s visit but they just kept telling me same thing over and over, i even mailed them about this situation but no proper response was given to me, they had promised me about technician’s visit in 72 hours but no one came to visit even after 120 hours, i suggest not to buy any resQ services or even any reconnect product instead go with even low grade company product they will give better service than that.

Respected country people Please never buy any RESQ plan since they are one of the third class service provider. Once u pay RESQ plan they will run away. Even after 10-15 days you will get same answer within 48 hours our representatives will solve your problem. I bought aqua guard RESq plan for 2 years and paid 9600 they never did service on time. Now my filter is not working since last 10 days no one replying. Called many times to customer care but same answer 48 hours. They just making people fool and give us big commitment for money. After serving zero. I will never ever buy any products from even reliance digital. Thanks
