The AC technician behaved in a very unprofessional manner. At the end time, he completely stopped answering my calls. Before that, he kept saying “I am coming, I am coming,” but never actually showed up. And after wasting so much of my time, he simply blocked my number. This is extremely irresponsible behaviour. If they cannot provide the service, they should clearly inform the customer instead of making false promises and disappearing at the last moment. Such actions show a complete lack of commitment, honesty, and respect for the customer’s time. I would strongly advise others to think twice before booking their service. Very poor experience and definitely not recommended.

I have using this service for years now. Above average service nothing special about it Update. This time I got 3 AC serviced. They are expensive, don't clean the area, leave the fitting loose and really last time I would call them Go for urban company at least they have a reputation to maintain

The guys were very polite and did a good service. Also i figured out that their were rate inside the indoor unit of AC so they helped to remove them and repaired the damage caused. Nice experience.

Never be fooled by the high positive ratings, I had this guys come in last month for 4 of my acs, and they just left behind dirt, dirt and dirt. Also had to top up one of my old ac and paid them over 2400 (on the 1st June) and bam, in a weeks time its just not working to what they charged me-- on calling them- First they will not answer you, when you drop a message, they will say will come -- But will not share the time- them when you ask the time till want to come at 8pm or 9PM (Seriously??) Never ever am I allowing this guys to step in to my houe again nor am referring them - they are highly unprofessionals-- you leave a review (fact check) they keey pinging you requesting you to delete it and we, customers, are like ok thik hey, I am deleting- NOT THIS TIME....
