Don’t ever opt from them .. “They make you foel ..they commit and then they flip “ the perfect statement for their team Their team don’t know how to talk with customers …they play with words Yes !! I want to mention the name of agent @anshika who thinks raising her voice make the customer quiet So girl !! Learn how to talk with the customers when you are in service field ..talking softly when you want to do deal Won’t work The poorest service in town. She blamed me that I didn’t describe the services which I want..she told me if you are taking the service for the first time I need to tell her. Girl !! Then what’s your work is making foel to the customers and then raising voice on them. Your job is to tell the customer perfectly what you guys provide …not to say yes for everything and then flip just for sake making deal. She said “mera banda petrol jala k itni dur aya h yh sune k ly “ Behen!! If you so much concern for your worker then give details properly to customer otherwise you and your team will face the circumstances.
