Unnecessarily replacing spares and repairs On 26/012024, visited Star Car AC Care for AC repair services for my vehicle, After diagnosing the issue technician informed me that AC cooling coil was faulty and needed replacement. Trusting their expertise, I agreed to proceed with the replacement of the coil. Upon completion of the repair work, I was charged a total of Rs. 9500 for the replacement of the AC cooling coil. However, following the repair, I consulted with other individuals knowledgeable about car AC systems, who inspected my vehicle's previous cooling coil and informed me that the cooling coil was in fact functioning properly and did not require replacement. I am deeply disappointed by the lack of transparency and accountability displayed by Star Car AC Care. The unnecessary replacement of the AC cooling coil has not only resulted in financial loss for me but also caused unnecessary inconvenience and frustration.
