I visited Conquer Apple Authorized Service Center to get my MacBook checked. I have been associated with this service center for many years and have always had a very positive experience with the service managers. Their approach, professionalism, and timely work are the main reasons I continue to visit this place. However, during my recent visit, I had a very unpleasant experience with the cleaning staff. Bathroom was locked took the Keys from the management and used it ,While washing my hands in the restroom, a little water spilled accidentally. The maid reacted very rudely, threw the keys, and used inappropriate and abusive language, which was completely unacceptable and unprofessional. I strongly feel that while the technical and managerial staff are excellent, the management should also provide proper training in basic service ethics, behavior, and professionalism to the cleaning and maintenance staff. Such behavior can negatively affect the overall experience and reputation of an otherwise excellent service center.

I recently visited your service center for an issue with my MacBook, and the experience was extremely disappointing and embarrassing. To my surprise, the restroom was locked. When I asked whether I needed permission to use it, I was told bluntly that the restroom is “not for customers.” This is shocking, especially after purchasing an Apple product worth ₹2,50,000. Is this how customers are expected to be treated? After some hesitation, they provided the key, but the damage was already done. After using the restroom, some water was accidentally spilled. Instead of handling this professionally, the office maid came out and loudly questioned me, saying, *“Why have you spilled water in the restroom?”* — and this was done **in front of multiple customers and staff**. This was deeply humiliating and completely unacceptable. What is the purpose of having a restroom if customers are made to feel guilty for using it? And what is the role of the housekeeping staff if basic cleaning becomes a public interrogation? Are customers expected to clean the premises themselves? The overall ambience of the service center was extremely worst. There was a foul smell near the entrance, clearly due to people urinating, and no visible effort was made to address hygiene or cleanliness. Even while leaving, there were unnecessary arguments instead of resolving the issue or showing basic courtesy. No one seemed bothered about correcting these problems. The **only person who showed professionalism and concern was the service executive**, who apologized and handled the service communication well. Apart from that, the behavior of the staff, especially the housekeeping was highly unprofessional. Apple is a premium brand, and this experience is completely opposite to the standards it claims to uphold. I am extremely unhappy with the ambience, staff behavior, and the humiliating treatment I received. This issue seriously needs attention from management. — A very disappointed customer

I’ve been an Apple user since 2011 and have faced a few issues over the years, but my recent experience at Conquer – Apple Authorised Service Provider, Jail Road, Vizag was truly the best. For the first time, I felt completely relaxed and confident walking into a service center. The staff is extremely friendly and makes you feel welcomed right away. They patiently listen, explain the issue clearly, and suggest the most practical solution—without overwhelming you with Apple’s usual service rules.
