Absolutely unprofessional and unreliable! He confirmed with me just yesterday that he would come today for the AC installation, and now he's completely ghosting me. No calls, no messages — nothing! I waited the entire day and kept calling multiple times, but he chose to ignore it all. Total waste of my time and energy. If you value punctuality and basic communication, I highly recommend looking elsewhere. This kind of service is unacceptable and disappointing.

I don't know why so many positive reviews one of the worst service charged 3300 for ac gas refilling. The next day itself ac stopped working. It's been a month he did not even responding properly. Very bad experience. I don't recommend ac services by this better to go with urban company
