The owner is knowledgeable and a nice person but their staff is incompetent. We wanted to repaint our walls so I hired them to disconnect the AC (bcoz our regular skilled AC person was out of station at that time). See the pics to see how incompetent their staff is. Rather than opening the pipes they had just cut it. (It could be opened easily) also they didn't circulate the gas properly as a result of which we lost all the gas. They also opened another AC and job done in that was even worse so much so that it became unusable. Now I need to buy new AC. So for those like ACs please stay away from them.

Absolutely the worst Air Conditioning retailer and service provider. RUN AWAY as far as you can even if they approach you with offers on air conditioners. I have spent more than 40000 trying to fix their faulty AC installations at my home.

he is only good at selling products, once sold doesn't do the service (post sale - follow) which is very much required for items like ac.
