Worst service ever even 1star is not worth. They don’t even respond quickly or care about their customers. Idk who gave the job to that manager he doesn’t even speak properly he speaks very rudely to the customers. They take very long time to resolve the problem. Like minimum 15 days to 20🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻. If we ask why are you not responding to calls.Then they will not even answer and speaky improperly.

M/S Samsung Quality Engineer 49-48-9/6 .Worst Service leave about Quality first they aren't Professional. The engineer are not Professional they don't know basics of there work I was correcting they twice in work.They just leave the work in between and leave and no response on calling .They will not replace the product which is under warranty. What on earth give then Samsung authorizations to such a service center.
